Refund policy

Thirty days, no interrogation. If the deck is not right, we will sort it out.

Returns

Unopened decks can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return by contacting us with your order number and we will send you the return details.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a deck arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong one, send us a photo within 14 days. We will ship a replacement immediately and you keep the original, no return needed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a little longer to display it.

What we cannot refund

• Opened or played decks that are not damaged or faulty
• Orders where the delivery address was entered incorrectly and the parcel was signed for
• Gift cards and digital items
